Krista joined Advance Search One in early 2006 as a Project Coordinator and is responsible for identifying and recruiting top quality candidates within the telecommunications industry. As a valued member of our team, she has developed a reputation for her solid networking and rapport building skills as well as her ability to uncover the “hidden” talent in the marketplace. Krista believes that all candidates are unique, and it is absolutely vital that as a search professional, she clearly understands their motivations and career goals. By doing this, she can develop “win-win” scenarios for both candidates and clients.

Prior to joining Advance Search One, Krista spent 10 years as a sales and marketing professional for the travel and corporate housing industries. She is a graduate of Michigan State University.
